- Our rescheduling: We may reschedule where reasonably necessary for safety, weather, supply constraints, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable.
Warranties and guarantees
- Workmanship: We stand behind our workmanship for a reasonable period (for example, 12 months) unless otherwise stated on your invoice. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Manufacturer warranties: Products and parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties and conditions. We will assist with reasonable warranty processes where we supplied the goods.
- Your rights: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- More details: See our separate Warranty & Guarantees page for full details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits your non‑excludable rights under the ACL.
If we are liable, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied; or replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
Third‑party services
We use reputable third‑party providers to support our website and services (for example, scheduling, forms, analytics, payment, communications). Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.
